Sid & Nancy & Ike & Tina - The New Generation

I knew this was going to happen. Victims of both drug and violence often return to their abusers as it can take a long time to hit rock bottom and get the help they need so they can finally conquer their demons.

It has been reported today that Rihanna and Chris Brown have reconciled and are cavorting in P.Diddy's (or whatever name he is going by today) house on Star Island in Miami. Pictures of Chris Brown clowning around on a jet ski and flexing his muscles (the stronger to punch a woman with) are going around the internet.

Many people are disappointed as they gave their support to Rihanna as she is the public face for a terrible problem prevalent around the world. However many women often return to their abusers as of course the abuser is very sorry (more sorry he was caught and exposed as an abuser) and they want to believe this person loves them. We all know love is not suppose to hurt. Love is a verb and it's a verb that feels good and joyous. We can only hope Rihanna grows enough self-esteem to learn to love herself and walk away from this relationship as a "I'm sorry, this will never happen again" is unacceptable and what all abusers say. My mommy may be a retard in love matters but this is one topic I don't have to worry about with her.

Rihanna and Chris Brown are now the new Ike and Tina.

That brings me to the crazy Amy Winehouse and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil. Blake finally was released from the pokey this week and Amy is flying back to London from her long holiday in St.Lucia to reconciled with her BLA-KEE. However Blake wants to escape Amy and live abroad as he feels Amy is a bad influence on him. You humans are CRAZY!! They are both equally destructive and a bad influence on each other as they are co-dependent drug addicts.

They are the new Sid and Nancy.

Both are poor examples to our young generations of what love is and what it can be. I wish that corporations and the media didn't make money off of these two couples because they we wouldn't hear so much about them and drug and violence abuse wouldn't be so socially acceptable.

Anyway I am curious to see how these two couples turn out and if they are able to get real help and start to become positive role models for the younger generations.

It's not this hard in the canine love world. We just sniff each other's butt and then mount. I don't envy you humans. Chow for now!
