In honor of President Obama's new pet Bo the Portuguese Water dog we here at the PPP are going to spotlight for our Pet Finder Pet of the Week not one but two Portuguese Water dogs, Meatball and Beast. Here is their bio:
Hey Meatball here I am with my brother Beast at the shelter, we have been here quite awhile. We are both about 2 years old. We are somewhat house trained. We are shy inside of the kennel but take us outside and we do a complete personality change. We will run around and play to our hearts content. We would both love to be adopted, but we don't have to go to the same home, that would be really cool though. Our adoption fees are $100.00 and includes our age appropriate shots and having us neutered at one of the participating veterinarians of Surry County. We are both very friendly and like to play. Wouldn't be great if both Meatball and Beast were adopted! Especially if they were adopted together!! They are quite cute and it's a shame that at two years they have not experienced the love of a real home. Hopefully that will happen soon.
